In addition, the temperature control part of the equipment is connected to the screw barrel of the extruder. Generally, the plastic extruder heats the raw material through a heating sheet or a heating ring, and then the temperature of the extruder barrel is cooled by the fan when the temperature is too high. That is to say, the heating coil and the fan constitute the temperature control system of the plastic extruder.

In addition, the gearbox that drives the screw to rotate and the motor can be classified as the power part of the device. The entire equipment is supported by the extruder frame and then controlled by the intelligent control system.
