4. In order to ensure the sharpness of the cutting edge of the scrap plastic pellet machine, the cutter should be checked frequently to ensure its sharpness and reduce unnecessary damage to other components caused by the blunt lack of the blade;

5. When changing the tool, the gap between the moving knife and the fixed knife: more than 20HP broken, the thinner the recycled material, the gap can be appropriately increased;

6. Before the second start, the remaining debris in the machine room should be removed first to reduce the starting resistance;

7. The inertia cover and pulley cover should be opened regularly to remove the ash outlet under the flange because the plastic granulating machine room discharges the powder and enters the shaft bearing;
