Basic structural composition of waste plastic pellet machine

The dispersing of waste plastic granules usually consists of a kneading system consisting of a screw, a barrel, a hopper, ahead, and a mold. The plastic is plasticized into a homogeneous melt through the kneading system. Screw successive extruder head. The distribution in each part is specifically introduced as follows:

(1) The screw of waste plastic granulator: It is the most important part of the extruder. It is directly related to the scale and productivity of the extruder. It is made of high-strength and corrosion-resistant alloy steel.

(2) Barrel: It is a metal cylinder, usually made of alloy steel or composite steel pipe lined with alloy steel that is heat-resistant, high compressive strength, strong, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The barrel cooperates with the screw to complete the crushing, softening, melting, plasticizing, venting, and compacting of the plastic, and to uniformly convey the rubber to the molding system. Generally, the length of the barrel is 15 to 30 times its diameter, so that the plastic is sufficiently heated and plasticized as a criterion.

(3) Hopper: The bottom of the hopper is equipped with a blocking device to adjust and block the material flow. The side of the hopper is equipped with sight holes and calibration measuring equipment.

(4) The machine head and die: The machine head is composed of an alloy steel inner sleeve and a carbon steel outer sleeve, and the machine head is equipped with a forming die. The function of the machine head is to transform the plastic melt that rotates into parallel and linear motion, introduce it evenly and smoothly into the mold sleeve, and give the plastic the necessary forming pressure.
